Support
We answer every email — usually within 24 hours on weekdays.
Email us at [email protected] for anything: setup help, license questions, bug reports, or feature ideas. You'll get a reply from the people who actually build SnapQio, not a bot.
Before you write — quick self-help
- Setup & system requirements — see the download page: Windows 10 (2004+) or 11, x64 or ARM64, no admin rights needed.
- SmartScreen warning on install? Click More info → Run anyway — the installer is new and not yet code-signed. You can verify the SHA-256 checksums printed on the download page.
- Hotkey does nothing over Task Manager, msconfig or an admin terminal? That is Windows, not SnapQio: it will not deliver keystrokes to a normal-privilege app while a window running as administrator has focus. Right-click the SnapQio tray icon and tick Capture over admin windows — it approves once and works from then on, and SnapQio itself keeps running without admin rights. (Clicking the tray icon to capture always works, even without it.)
- Common questions — free vs Pro limits, privacy and more are covered in the FAQ.
License & activation
- Your license key arrives by email right after purchase (check your spam folder if it hasn't shown up).
- Activate in the app: tray icon → Activate SnapQio Pro… → paste your key.
- One license covers 2 of your PCs. Moving machines? Deactivate in the app first (or email us and we'll free the seat).
- Cancelled subscriptions simply revert to the free plan — unlimited screenshots and the full editor stay yours.
Refund policy
All sales are final. The free plan is an unlimited-time trial — test everything before you buy. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals (your Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period). Refunds are provided only where required by applicable consumer law. Details in the Terms of Service.
Reporting a bug
Include these three things and we can usually fix it fast:
- Your SnapQio version (Settings → bottom of the window) and Windows version;
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- A screenshot or recording of the problem — you know the perfect tool for that. 😉
