Everything about your SnapQio Pro licence — which PCs it's on, how to move it, and how billing works.

SnapQio Pro isn't on sale yet
We're finishing the payment setup, so there is nothing to buy today and no one is being charged. That doesn't hold you back: the free plan is complete and unlimited for screenshots — no watermark, no account, no time limit. When Pro opens, this page becomes your billing dashboard.

Your licence & devices
SnapQio Pro is unlocked with a licence key — there's no account to sign into and no password to lose. The key arrives by email the moment you buy, and everything is managed inside the app.
- Activate — right-click the SnapQio icon in your system tray → Activate SnapQio Pro… → paste the key. Pro unlocks instantly.
- Two PCs per licence — for example your desktop and your laptop.
- Moving to a new PC — open the same window on the old machine and click Deactivate. That frees the slot immediately, and you can activate the new one. Lost access to the old PC? Email us and we'll release it for you.
- Works offline — the app keeps working without an internet connection; it only checks in occasionally to confirm the licence is still valid.
Managing your subscription
Once Pro is on sale, monthly and yearly plans are managed through our payment provider's secure billing portal — a link to it will appear right here, and it's also included in every receipt email. From there you'll be able to:
- Switch between monthly and yearly
- Update your card or payment method
- Cancel — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then the app simply returns to the free plan
- Download invoices and receipts (useful if you're expensing it)
The lifetime licence has nothing to manage: one payment, yours permanently, all future updates included.
Billing questions
- What happens if I cancel? Nothing you made is locked away. Screenshots, recordings and files stay yours; the app drops back to the free plan (unlimited screenshots, full editor, 15-second recording previews).
- Refunds — all sales are final; the free plan is your unlimited trial, so you can evaluate everything before paying. See the Terms for the full policy and your statutory rights.
- VAT / invoices — handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and issues a proper invoice for every purchase.
Anything else — a licence that won't activate, a device you can't reach, a billing question — just email [email protected]. A human answers.
